Broom Brooom!

I managed to play three different games this week, and did I think to take a picture of any of them..... no I did not!!

I won't go into any details on any of them as I have no supporting media, but the games played were; Stargrave, Carnevale and What a Cowboy.

This weeks hobby progression was a bit all over the place lacking any real big drivers.

The first thing I did (that was the only time dependent task) was to assemble and paint another artillery piece for my small 18th Century force. I now have the eight required units for the Newark game so once again can turn my attention to other stuff.

I next prepped and painted a number of objective tokens for the May game of SAGA, there's no guarantee that I will need them but I thought I'd get them ready just in case. These are from Footsore Miniatures and are for their Mortal Gods game system. The statue I probably should have painted in an off-white marble effect but I had visions of the Talos statue in Jason and the Argonauts so thought an old bronze type colour better.

And finally, and totally randomly, I decided to paint some cars for Gaslands. Most are resin but I also raided the grandkids toy bucket and stole and pimped up three die cast toys.

And that is it, not very exciting but at least work progresses.

When you say "no supporting media" do you mean 'I don't have any piccies'?

I love your 18thC gun and crew and I'm so going to copy what you done, just as soon as I get the chance.

And, the Saga scenery/objective pieces are awesome. Looking forward to not getting anywhere near them in May.

And the vehicles are rather spiffing. No doubt you'll never suggest we play a game with them!
